Delivery is to Brookhaven Town Hall Complex, One Independence Hill, Farmingville, NY 11738. The contract term is a one-time purchase.

The discount period will be computed from the date of receipt of voucher. Cash discounts, if offered, may be taken into consideration in making awards.

All equipment furnished under this contract shall be covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty for not less than five (5) years from the date of final acceptance by the owner. The warranty shall cover defects in materials, workmanship, manufacturing, factory assembly, firmware, and equipment performance.

Award shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder in accordance with New York State General Municipal Law 103, unless otherwise authorized by law. The town reserves the right to award by item, by group of items, or overall, make multiple awards, award based on best value, or reject any individual item or all bids and readvertise at the town's discretion.

The bidder warrants that no member of the Brookhaven Town Board, town officer or employee, forbidden by law to bid or do business with the town or to enter into contracts with the town is directly or indirectly associated with the business of the said bidder or interested in the outcome of the within proposal.
