The project involves harvesting approximately 16. 8 million board feet of low-value timber across 2,103 acres in four project areas: Can Crusher, Finkus, Pac Man, and Wild. Scope of work includes timber removal, temporary road construction and obliteration, slash piling and covering, pre-commercial thinning, timber stand improvement, forest system road improvements, manual/mechanical fireline construction, fuel break establishment, and hazardous fuel reduction (mastication, mulching, chipping, slashing, cut and pile, biomass removal). The period of performance anticipates a solicitation posting by Spring 2027 with all work completed by May 2031.
