Submissions will be evaluated based on the relevance and extent of qualifications, experience, reputation and training of personnel, knowledge of the Borough of East Newark and the subject matter, relevance and extent of similar engagements performed, whether the technical proposal contains all required information, and the reasonableness of the cost submission.
Submitting candidates must have a minimum of ten (10) years of administrative experience and a minimum of three (3) years of experience servicing governmental entities. The submitting candidate must be an attorney-at-law in the state of New Jersey in good standing.
In case of failure by the successful candidate, the Borough of East Newark may procure the articles or services from other sources, deduct the cost of the replacement from money due to the successful candidate under the contract and hold the successful candidate responsible for any excess cost occasioned thereby.
