The Orange County Superintendent of Schools is seeking proposals for preconstruction and lease-leaseback services for the Rancho Sonado project. Proposals are due April 8, 2025, at 2:00:00 PM PDT. Prequalification is required, along with compliance with DIR registration and prevailing wage requirements. A mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for March 18, 2025.
