Contracts will be awarded by each lot to a responsive, responsible and qualified bidder who offers the lowest grand total bid meeting all minimum specifications of the lot bid, as outlined in this IFB.

OPRHP is seeking bids from experienced companies with the personnel, facilities, and organization to meet the demands of a contract of this scope. Bidders shall comply with the laws of the State of New York and shall possess or obtain any required licenses, permits, or authorizations necessary to be considered for award.

The bid notice mentions that bidders entering a contract with the state are expected to comply with all the terms and conditions contained herein. Failure to include any amendment information in your proposal may result in disqualification. Proposals not packaged accordingly may be deemed nonresponsive. To be considered qualified and responsive, bidders must provide written documentation that they have produced printed screens similar in scope to this IFB within the past three years, including client name, timeframe of services, project description, number and type of screens, and visual examples. If offering an or equal product, a specification sheet detailing it is required.
