This is a request for information and quotations. The request does not commit the government to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of the submission of this quotation or to contract for supplies or service. Supplies are of domestic origin unless otherwise indicated. Additional provisions and representations are not attached. A schedule is included with applicable federal, state, and local taxes. The RFQ is for calibration standards and ancillary equipment for aviation fleet intermediate calibration activities, fleet training activities, and aviation navy calibration laboratories. The use of Navair Metcal equipment funding is to procure calibration standards, calstds, and ancillary equipment. All cal standards must go through an approval process. A one-year warranty with sticker and certificate is required. Calibration certificate and sticker are required. Manufacturers standard operating and servicing manuals (CD version) are required. The US government has limited technical data rights for all technical manuals and documents. Early partial shipments are acceptable at no additional cost to the government. Receiving doc hours are Monday through Friday, **** EST. Closed all federal holidays. Please contact comptroller for payment/invoicing issues.

Concept papers are due within 60 months, through February 23, 2029. Offerors whose concept papers are of interest may be invited to submit a formal proposal. The government will use government personnel and federally funded research and development contractors for evaluation. Offerors may object to specific companies/personnel within 10 calendar days prior to submission. Concept papers should not exceed 10 pages and should identify if the offeror or a proposed subcontractor is a small business. The anticipated ceiling available for this effort is up to $99 million over the BAA's 5-year active period. The government may terminate work at any time if it no longer meets government requirements. The government may choose to award partial, none, or the full scope of the work proposed. All submissions must be shared at the appropriate classification level.

Sealed bids must be received in the Callaway County Commission office no later than 11:00 AM on April 11, 2025. The bid number must be indicated on the outside of the envelope. Only one bid per envelope. The Callaway County Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
