The completion date for both locations is July 11th, 2026.

Contractor must provide the manufacturer's standard written warranty upon delivery of product. Contractor warrants that the manufacturer will honor the standard written warranty provided.

Contractors who violate any portion of this contract will be considered in breach and subject to cancellation for cause. Contractors may be suspended or debarred from doing business with the district.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM at Kings Town Elementary School.

To protest a solicitation, you must submit a protest within fifteen days of the date the applicable solicitation document is issued. To protest an award, you must submit notice of your intent to protest within seven business days of the date the award notice is posted, and submit your actual protest within fifteen days of the date the award notice is posted.

Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, June 9, 2026.

Payment shall be made monthly based upon percentage of work completed that month, with a retainage of 5% withheld until project completion and all punch list and closeout documents have been provided to the owner.

The contractor warrants that the contract has been completed in full conformity with the intent of the contract documents and agrees to return to the site of the work within fourteen (14) working days of receipt of written notice from the owner or the architect to furnish at contractors expense all necessary labor and material to make proper repairs or corrections made necessary by defective materials or inferior workmanship. A mandatory prebid meeting will be held on May 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM at Currie Municipal Golf Course, **** Currie Pkwy, Midland, MI 48640. Check-in will be located in the west clubhouse dining room.

Non-submittal of the list of subcontractors who will perform over $5,000 worth of work on this contract may constitute an incomplete bid and may be grounds for disqualification.
