The Fort Mill School District is seeking bids for the demo and reinstallation of storefront windows and sunshades at Kings Town and River Trail Elementary Schools. The project includes demo of existing storefront windows and masonry, repair of masonry, installation of new storefront door/window frames, door, glass, and caulking, conversion of sunshade into a canopy, and filling/finishing flooring. The estimated start date is June 2, 2026, with a completion date of July 11, 2026. Bids are due by Monday, May 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Questions are due by Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM at Kings Town Elementary School. Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
The completion date for both locations is July 11th, 2026.
Contractor must provide the manufacturer's standard written warranty upon delivery of product. Contractor warrants that the manufacturer will honor the standard written warranty provided.

To be eligible for award of a contract, a prospective contractor must be responsible, meaning they must have available the appropriate financial, material, equipment, facility, and personnel resources and expertise, a satisfactory record of performance and integrity, and be legally qualified to contract with the district.
Contractors who violate any portion of this contract will be considered in breach and subject to cancellation for cause. Contractors may be suspended or debarred from doing business with the district.
