The effort involves filling approximately 2,874 National Stock Numbers (NSNs) for the F-15, comprising both consumable and depot-level repair materials. Performance metrics will be based on material availability and depot fill rate. The procurement is anticipated from Boeing under FAR **** due to the age of the weapon system, obsolescence of tooling and materials, and diminished vendor base, with Boeing possessing the necessary technical data. The contract will include support for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. Delivery is required to government wholesale and retail supply points both CONUS and OCONUS within specified time windows. The contract has a performance period of a 3-year base with two 3-year options, totaling nine years. This effort is for the 3-year option period.

Procurement of two (2) Creaform Handyscan 3D Pro Series scanners, including software, accessories, and support. The goal is to establish an organic metrology and reverse engineering capability for digitizing legacy military components. Questions are due by July 15, 2026, **** CDT. The acquisition is a new purchase order. The brand name Creaform and model Handyscan Pro are essential due to mandated interoperability with the organization's standardized metrology architecture and proprietary software ecosystem. Failure to use this brand will result in unacceptable delays and duplication of costs. Market research confirmed only Creaform meets the requirements. USDA Forest Service intends to award a BPA Call Order against existing BPA series for archaeological and paleontological studies.
