Bids are due no later than 4 PM on June 1, 2026.

Payments shall be made within **** days of receipt of proper invoices for work completed the previous month.

The evaluation criteria include bidders past experience performance, bidders cost of services, bidders ability to undertake the entire scope of work, and bidders ability to comply with bid instructions.

The contractor shall include a list of the last five projects that it managed of similar facilities, scope, size cost of work, with customer reference contact information. Provide if project completed on budget, project schedule, actual project duration, quality of workmanship and if project specs were met. Provide copy of onsite safety plan.

There will be no penalty for late payments.

In order to better assist bidders with product accuracy, including product dimensions and other specifications, Riverbay has samples available for onsite viewing. In addition, you must provide a sample prior to awarding of the contract.

Failure to provide pricing for each line item listed may result in disqualification of your bid proposal.

The bid notice states that all costs for evacuation and additional medical travel services shall be the responsibility of the contractor and no additional cost beyond the prepaid amount will be incurred by NASA or its travelers. The contractor shall be responsible for all MEDEVAC and medical travel service costs, excluding personal medical bills accrued by the traveler which are not arranged for or provided by the contractor. The contractor shall collect the necessary insurance information from the traveler when required and coordinate payment of medical expenses directly with the injured or ill traveler and his or her insurer without NASA involvement.

The bid notice states that the contractor provided services shall meet the Commission on Accreditation Medical Transport Services (CAMTS) and European Aeromedical Institute (EURAMI) accreditation standards or equivalent for personnel and assets.

The bid notice states that the government does not assume liability that results from claims that arise from their direct performance of this contract. The contractor shall indemnify the government for any occurrence, action, or claim that might trigger the government's liability unless the government is found to be liable.
