All submissions must be signed and notarized. The contract term is for one year with an annual renewal option. All supplies must be new and unused.

Payment terms are net 30 following receipt of the material or service and a correct invoice unless otherwise stated in the solicitation document.
Unless otherwise specified by the county, all items shall be guaranteed for a minimum period of one 1 year against defects in material and workmanship.
An award, if made, shall be to the lowest responsible, responsive bidders or best solicitation meeting quality and performance standards as described in the solicitation documents.

Default in promised delivery and failure to comply with specifications authorizes the county to purchase supplies elsewhere and charge the difference to the defaulting vendor.
