The Office of State Procurement has suspended in-person attendance at public bid openings. Bidders must submit electronic responses online via a provided link. The opening date is **** at 10:00 AM CST. The contract is for emergency shelter services, effective from the date of award to April 30, 2026, with an option for two additional 12-month extensions. Bidders must certify that they have not discriminated against firearm and ammunition industries. Bidders must certify that their company, any subcontractors, or principals are not suspended or debarred by the GSA. All bid amounts must be submitted in US dollars. Independent price determination is required.

Amendment to the solicitation for maintenance, repair, and rebuilding of alarm, signal, and security detection systems. The amendment extends the solicitation close date to May 12, 2025, and answers vendor questions. A signed copy of the amendment must be submitted with the quote. Electronic submissions are required through the PIEe suite. The period of performance is from June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026, with three option years and a six-month option to extend services. Services are required at various facilities at Fort Hunter Liggett and Parks Reserve Forces Training Area.
