The county may investigate the vendor's ability to perform, including audited financial statements and history of past performance. Conditional responses will not be accepted.
The county reserves the right to cancel the contract and secure services from another vendor if the vendor fails to complete the work within the timeline, and may charge the vendor for additional costs incurred.

Failure to respond in the required format or provide required information may deem the submittal nonresponsive. Offering gratuities or kickbacks to El Paso County employees will result in bid disqualification.
