Performance under this contract is scheduled to begin on July 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026.

Payments will be made via electronic funds transfer EFT or government purchase card, as applicable.

Award was made to the offeror whose quote represented the best value to the government, considering price and past performance.

In accordance with FAR ****, all offerors were required to be registered in the System for Award Management SAM prior to award.

The contractor shall deliver one unit of the specified part number within 120 calendar days from the date of the contract for first article testing.

This item requires engineering source approval by the design activity. New manufacturers must inquire about source approval request procedures. Previous sources may have a post-award conference recommended.

If the contractor fails to deliver any first article on time, or if the contracting officer disapproves any first article, the contractor shall be deemed to have failed to make delivery within the meaning of the default clause of this contract.

Samples are generally not returned to the contractor after testing and may be destroyed or refurbished as production items if they meet contract requirements and inspection approval.
