The construction plans, specifications, and contract documents for the SH 138 24 water transmission main project in Georgetown, Texas have been modified. The substantial completion date has been changed to 9/12/2026 and the final completion date to 11/22/2026. Liquidated damages for substantial completion have been revised. The bid form has been updated to include a 62-day expedited schedule. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum on the bid form and outer envelope. The bid will remain subject to acceptance for 90 days after the bid opening. Installation of new concrete footings and retaining wall. 5. Patching existing asphalt pavement and concrete pavement that was removed. Repair to existing concrete slab. Construction items will include the following: 1. Mud jacking and leveling of the affected area 2. Re- alignment of existing fencing and gates.
