The State of Tennessee, Department of General Services, is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to identify potential vendors and refine requirements for an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) software. The current system is fragmented, relying on multiple software products, spreadsheets, documents, and manual communication, leading to data silos and inaccuracies. The state seeks IWMS solutions that offer a consolidated, enforced workflow, centralized document management, reduced data silos, seamless data exchange with other systems, API capabilities, improved user experience, and GIS-enabled asset visibility. Vendors are requested to submit technical and cost information, including details on their organization, public sector experience, IWMS offering (architecture, modules, technology stack, mobile capabilities), workflow enforcement, document management features, project management methodology, UAT and training approach, knowledge transfer, configurability, technical support, data access policies, risks, and licensing. The RFI response deadline is April 13, 2026. Responding to this RFI does not guarantee future contract rights, and responses will be considered confidential until after any subsequent procurement evaluation. The state will not pay for response costs. Oral presentations or demonstrations may be requested.
The RFI response deadline is April 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time.
The state will not pay for any costs associated with responding to this RFI.
Vendors are asked to provide a brief description of their organization, including history, number of employees, and dedicated teams, as well as public sector experience with similar IWMS solutions.
The deadline for written questions and comments is March 30, 2026.
