Raise Government Bids & RFPs

Bids must be received by 10:00 AM on Friday, August 14, 2026.

Award will be made to the bidder offering the most advantageous bid after consideration of all evaluation criteria. The town shall not be obligated to accept the lowest priced bid, but will make an award in the best interests of the town after all factors have been evaluated.

Each bidder shall be skilled and regularly engaged in the general class or type of work called for under the contract for no less than three 3 years. The bidder experience shall be set forth and submitted on the form provided herewith.

Liquidated damages are included and will be assessed at **** per day for each day the contract is not substantially complete by November 30, 2026.

Substantial completion is required within 730 calendar days from the date specified in the notice to proceed. Contractor warrants that the construction, including all materials and equipment, shall be new unless otherwise specified, of good quality, in conformance with contract documents, and free of defects in materials and workmanship. Contractor must be duly licensed to perform the services required and authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The estimated value for this project is between $1,000,000 and $1,200,000.
