The State of Ohio is requesting bids for the replacement of sofas and chairs at Lake Hope State Park cabins. 90 sofas, 25 loveseats, and 120 chairs are required. Delivery must be completed by August 20, 2025. The park manager will coordinate delivery dates and approve craftsmanship and project quality. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, determined by multiplying the unit cost by the estimated usage and then adding each of the totals together to arrive at a total for all items. A site visit is strongly encouraged prior to submitting a bid. All invoices must be submitted directly to Ohio Shared Services OSS. The purchase order and origin number must be included on the invoice, along with the supplier's full name, ship-to address, unique invoice number, date of service, complete itemization of services, materials, goods, and labor furnished, line charges, and the remit-to address. The PO is valid only for goods and services received through June 30, 20xx. Any goods or services received after this date will require a new PO.

Carpentry work shall be considered architectural and highly skilled in craftsmanship. Shoring is to be installed in a planned methodical sequence under the supervision of a Professional Engineer. Architectural work includes removal and restoration of historical windows, doors, and trim. Select removal and reinstallation of electrical circuits and fixtures are to be performed as required. Complete exterior and new interior work to be painted. Work includes minor grading, seed and straw, and drainage lines at the exterior.
