Contractors must be accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) for adult education and be capable of awarding transferable college credits, transcripts, and continuing education units (CEUs). Instructors must possess a California Designated Subjects Career Technical Education (CTE) teaching credential or a recognized trade journeyman license. All personnel must pass National Crime Information Center (NCIC) background checks and tool inventory clearances. The contractor must be accredited by the western association of schools and colleges wasc for adult education and be capable of awarding transferable college credits, transcripts, and continuing education units ceus. Instructors must possess an active california designated subjects career technical education cte teaching credential, or hold a recognized trade journeyman license in lieu of the teaching credential where permitted by state regulations. All personnel must successfully pass national crime information center ncic background checks and tool inventory clearances daily.

Failure to provide required documentation at least 30 days prior to the individual's start date may result in delaying the individual's start date. Payments shall be made on a reimbursement basis for actual services received and accepted by CTI. The vendor shall provide the invoice for payment. Invoices shall be emailed and shall be itemized, invoices matching the purchase order to include the purchase order number, invoice number, vendor SAP and EIN number, remittance address service period and any supplemental documents as needed.

The accrediting body shall follow a strict set of standards and guidelines as put forth in the ACCSC standards of accreditation manual.

In the event of CTI at HGAC failing to submit required documentation timely, the awarded contractor may assess and impose penalty fees in accordance with the sequence of actions outlined, in order of occurrence for failure to meet accreditation benchmarks and requirements.

The deadline for questions is July 15, 2026, at 4:00pm ET.

Failure by CTI at HGAC to submit the required documentation timely shall constitute noncompliance.
