Proposals shall be received by the city of atlantic city on wednesday, september 9, 2026 at 11: 00am prevailing time electronically to the city, through eprocurement platform in accordance with n. j. a. c. 5: 341 et. seq.

Proposals submitted to the city of atlantic city shall be evaluated based upon the following criteria: 1. costfees 2. experience, references and reputation in the field for the position sought.

To be considered for the award proposer shall be experienced and regularly in the business of providing the scope of services required by this rfp and be available for consultation.

a contractor, subcontractor or supplier who fails to provide proof of business registration or provides false business registration information shall be liable to a penalty of **** for each day of violation, not to exceed 50, 000 for each business registration not properly provided or maintained under a contract with a contracting agency.

The proposer shall demonstrate, by submission of sample reports available, their ability to supply loss reporting as required by the city and their excess carriers.

Failure to comply with such a request [for oral presentation] shall disqualify proposer from consideration.

The successful proposer will demonstrate extensive experience administering liability claims for california public entities, particularly those involving public entity exposures such as law enforcement, employment practices, civil rights, and medical malpractice.

Payment shall be made in monthly installments, provided the service provider submits a duly authorized voucher to the funds executive directoradministrator at least 10 days prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting of the funds executive committee.

The fund will award this competitive contract in accord with price and other factors as outlined within n. j. s. a 40a: **** et. seq. , and n. j. a. c. 5: **** et. seq.

The fund reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in whole or in part and waive such informalities as may be permitted by law.

Payment terms are specified at the call order level, with contingency fee for recovery of defaulted principal paid only on successful recoveries. with outcomebased paymentterms specified at the callorder level.
