The solicitation opens on June 11, 2026, and proposals are due by July 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. The contract base period is August 01, 2026, to July 31, 2027.
Invoices must include contractor name and address, invoice date and number, contract number, line item number, description, quantity, unit price, extended price, shipping number and date, terms of discount, name and address of official to whom payment is to be sent, name, title, and phone number of person to notify in event of defective invoice, and taxpayer identification number. Payment is made upon acceptance by the government.
The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers: 1. Technical approach 2. Management approach 3. Past performance 4. Price.
Offerors may identify key personnel in their proposal to demonstrate understanding of the requirement and organizational capability. Individuals identified as key personnel in the successful offeror's proposal shall be considered committed to the contract upon award. Substitution of key personnel requires prior written approval of the contracting officer.
If all deficiencies have not been corrected, the government may terminate the contract in whole, or in part, for cause, in accordance with procedures outlined in FAR ****(m) termination for cause.
Any unresolved organizational conflict of interest (OCI) may result in disqualification or corrective action. Failure to safeguard any information may subject the contractor to criminal liabilities.
