Dental Xray Government Bids & RFPs

The contract is going to begin on July 1, 2026 and run five years.

The vendor will receive a fee not to exceed **** per hour up to 4 hours a week up to **** per week for Boswell campus and **** per group home individual. This charge is for preventative and basic needs, all major dental needs will be billed separate depending on the needs of the client. The total cost of this contract is not to exceed $95,000 per year or $475,**** for the life of the contract.

The evaluation committee has concluded that the rates of Russell H. Slover, D. M. D. , P. A. is fair, and that the proposal shows an understanding of the statement of qualifications and that the offeror has enough experience to complete the contract.

Vendors are reminded that any reconsideration of this decision must be submitted to Benjamin Purser Cyndi Eubanks, Assistant Attorney General within seven 7 calendar days after the issuance of this notice or no later than 5/22/26.

The total cost of this contract is not to exceed $95,000 per year or $475,**** for the life of the contract.

The delivery and installation needs to be completed 30 days after arrival.

Invoices for payment shall be submitted after delivery, installation, inspection and training.

The government will evaluate quotations using the lowest price technical acceptable (LPTA) evaluation process.

Offerors must demonstrate and submit with their technical quote capability to provide all shipping, delivery, personnel, training, original equipment manufacturer OEM authorization, tools and equipment to uninstall and install nine new brand name or equal Dentsply Sirona dental X-ray units. Offerors shall certify whether the item offered is a domestic end product and submit current OEM documentation/evidence/agreement. Offerors must also complete the **** Buy American Certificate and the VAAR **** certification. As this is an SDVOSB set aside, the contractor is required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and verified as an SDVOSB concern in SBA VetCert.
