Responses to this Invitation for Bids (IFB) must be received by July 16, 2025, 10:30 AM Central Time. Bidders must submit a comprehensive response including all required information and documentation. Questions or clarifications submission deadline is July 08, 2025. Addendum posted July 11, 2025. The contract will begin September 1, 2025, and expire August 31, 2026. The agency may extend the contract term for up to one year. The scope of work includes dental exams, consults, x-rays, general dentistry, restorative services, oral surgery, extractions, fillings, root procedures, biopsies, and pathology evaluations for the inpatient population at the San Angelo SLC. Bidders must meet minimum experience requirements and submit required certifications, registrations, licenses, or permits. Insurance requirements apply. The Texas Public Information Act (PIA) applies to proposals and contracts. Bidders must comply with all applicable state rules, regulations, and agency requests regarding personal and professional conduct. The use or possession of intoxicants or illegal drugs is prohibited. Smoking is prohibited in all non-designated areas. Contractor must wear company uniforms and identifying badges.

This is a procurement for new OEM medical supplies, medical equipment, and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment (replacement parts) for VA medical centers. No remanufactured or gray market items will be acceptable. Offerors must be OEMs, authorized dealers, authorized distributors, or authorized resellers, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM. All software licensing, warranty, and service associated with the contracts must be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. Bid opening on July 09, 2025, 02:00 PM. Return sealed bid to the Center Purchasing Department at the provided address. Bidders must comply with all terms and conditions, including diverse supplier requirements, and provide a list of diversity-owned businesses. Bid prices must be typed or written in ink, and any corrections must be initialed. Bid must be manually signed by an authorized vendor representative. Bid prices must include delivery of all items.
