Latest US Drilling Accessories Contracts & Bids

Sealed bids for the UConn pump station electrical and IC upgrade project will be accepted by the town of farmington until 11:00 a. m. local time on September 10, 2025. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on August 21, 2025, at 9:00 a. m. at the pump station. Questions must be submitted in writing to the finance office no later than nine calendar days before the bid opening date. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bid bond, treasurer's check, or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank, trust, or surety company made payable to the town of farmington in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bidder's bid.

The contract aims to improve water quality, enhance and restore wetland habitat, and provide flood protection and repairs. The district intends to award contracts to at least two contractors. The contract term is three years, with work performed through work orders (time and materials or fixed price). The district may provide materials or equipment directly. The contractor must provide a written statement of equipment and labor availability before each work order. Award criteria include timely performance, equipment availability, cost, past performance, staff availability, and other critical factors. The estimated total budget for the first three years is $4,950,000. The estimated budget for the first year is $1,300,000, but this amount may vary depending on district needs.

The due date for offers for the construction of water supply facilities project has been extended to August 15, 2025, at 12:00 PM Mountain Time. Interested parties are reminded to carefully read section L. 2 of the solicitation to ensure they are providing all required documentation. The project includes drilling a new potable water well at Mountain Springs on the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area on the Humboldt Toiyabe National Forest. The scope of work includes mobilization, well drilling, well casing, concrete grout, well screen, well accessories, developing well, well performance testing, and water analysis. Permits are considered incidental and will not be paid for separately. Optional work may be awarded, including well abandonment.
