This is a non-personal service contract for providing office and latrine services at the Southwest Laredo Army Reserve Center for one year with three option years. The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the services.
