The State of Hawaii, Department of Defense, Youth Challenge Academy, is seeking bids for the replacement of drain lines in four bathrooms on each floor of Building 1787. The project is located at **** Shangrila Street, Kapolei, Hawaii 96707. The contractor must provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials. The work must comply with all applicable federal, state, and city/county laws, rules, codes, ordinances, and regulations, including the Hawaii State Building Code. The contractor must be licensed in all appropriate trades, provide proof of valid licensure, and be HCE compliant. Davis-Bacon wages must be used. Working hours are between 7 a. m. and 3:30 p. m. , with requests for outside hours requiring a one-week advance written submission. Disposal of materials must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and environmental guidelines. The price submitted on the HIePro solicitation must be a lump sum for the entire job, including mobilization, general maintenance, disposal, and disposal fees. A one-year workmanship warranty is required. Bidders must include a construction offer form with a bid bond, a Hawaii Compliance Express certificate, and, upon award, a performance bond, payment bonds, and a certificate of insurance. The Altonah guard station renovation project in Duchesne County, Utah, requires construction of vinyl sheet flooring, gypsum ceiling wall board repairs, bathroom remodeling, selective demolition work, window replacement, interior painting, exterior door replacement, interior closet door replacement, installation of forest service supplied light fixtures, and construction of a concrete foundation and steps, and sidewalk for the existing laundry room porch. Changes in contract terms and conditions may be made only by written agreement. The contractor shall indemnify the government against patent infringement. Payment shall be made for accepted items delivered to the delivery destinations. The contract price includes all applicable taxes and duties. The government reserves the right to terminate the contract for its sole convenience. The contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, executive orders, rules, and regulations. The contractor shall not make reference in its commercial advertising to VA contracts in a manner that states or implies VA approval or endorsement. No used, refurbished, or remanufactured supplies or equipment parts shall be provided. Vendor must be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller. VA shall evaluate offerors based on their servicedisabled veteran-owned or veteran-owned small business status. Payment requests shall be submitted electronically. The contracting officer reserves the right to designate an administrative contracting officer. Rejected goods will be held for 15 days, after which they will be returned to the contractor.
