New work includes new drywall, plaster repairs, new interior doors, carpet, tile, showers and lighting in the guestrooms and corridors. Mechanical work includes new PTAC units in all guestrooms. All electrical, plumbing, ventilation and fire protection systems are scheduled through the guestroom spaces.
