This is a Request for Information (RFI) for a study on the effectiveness of mindfulness-based attention training (MBAT) for military personnel, specifically armored crews. The study will be conducted in three phases: 1) contextualizing MBAT for armored crews and conducting a pilot study; 2) providing and evaluating MBAT using computer-based metrics and operational simulator performance; and 3) providing evidence-based recommendations for MBAT implementation. Evaluation criteria includes qualifications, financial ability, staffing, resources, competence, ability to meet district needs, quality, creativity, innovation, team experience, data privacy measures, project management, cost, past performance, references, responsiveness. The contract may be extended for additional terms, not to exceed a total of four years, upon mutual agreement of both parties. Alabama immigration law compliance is required. Exhibit A and B must be included in the bid package. Late proposals will not be opened.
