Sealed proposals for depository
bank services are due Thursday, August 21, 2025, 1:00 PM CST. Proposals must be submitted to the Waller County County Clerk's Office at the address provided. Addendums will be posted on the Waller County website no later than 48 hours prior to the RFP opening. Responses must be in accordance with the requirements stated on the cover of the document. All inquiries must be in writing and directed to the purchasing director. The county reserves the right to request additional information and meet with vendor representatives. Proposals must be valid for 90 days after submission. The county is exempt from state sales tax and federal excise tax. Proposals containing elaborate artwork, expensive paper, and binding are neither necessary nor desired. All inquiries must be directed to the county's purchasing agent in writing. One original proposal, three paper copies, and one electronic response on a labeled flash drive are required. The flash drive must contain only one PDF file that matches the written response identically. Proposals received after the specified time will be returned unopened. The county reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Deadline for submission of questions and/or clarification is no later than Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 9:00 AM CST. The county reserves the right to retain all proposals. The respondent may not sell, assign, transfer, or convey the contract without prior written approval. Respondents must comply with all federal, state, county, and local laws concerning this type of project and the fulfillment of all ADA requirements. No performance nor payment bond is required. All contracts executed by the commissioners court will require completion of Form ****, Certificate of Interested Parties, per the new government code statute **** respondents shall submit, with the RFP, a current certificate of insurance. The term of a resulting contract is to begin on or about January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2029. Renewal options are available. In the event services end, the vendor must continue services until new services are operational. Proposals should be prepared as simply as possible and provide a straightforward, concise description of the respondent's capabilities. Respondents are required to prepare their proposals in accordance with the instructions outlined in the RFP. Emphasis should be concentrated on accuracy, completeness, and clarity of content. All parts, pages, figures, and tables are required to be numbered, clearly labeled, and tabbed. Font size below 12 point is prohibited. Exhibits A through F are required.
