Delivery is expected within 8 weeks ARO, with a specific delivery date of on or before September 30, 2026.

Payment will be made by DFAS. Invoices are to be submitted to the address shown in block 18a unless otherwise specified. Electronic submission of payment requests and receiving reports is required via the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system.

The contract includes a Warranty of Services clause, stating that all services performed will be free from defects in workmanship and conform to contract requirements at the time of acceptance.

Any vendor who submits a bid without attending the scheduled prebid conference does so at his own risk. Sealed proposals are due by July 2, 2026, no later than 2 pm.

Invoices must be submitted in a timely manner and in accordance with a net30 payment term.

Contractor shall warranty all awarded irrigation, grading, rootzone, controller, and related workmanship and materials for a minimum of one year from final acceptance.

Proposals will be evaluated based on methodology and resources (20 points), capability and experience (20 points), availability and response time (20 points), and cost fee proposal (25 points), and warranty (15 points).

Qualified respondents shall be licensed contractors in the state of Utah, for this type of work, and who meet Ogden City's insurance and bonding requirements, and have experience with all work defined in the scope of work.

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 17, 2026 at 9 am. We will meet at Grandview Park, **** Jackson Avenue, Ogden. Please allow at least one 1 hour for the pre-proposal meeting and site visit.

The question-and-answer period ends at 2 pm on June 24, 2026.

Proposals that are received after the deadline or not conforming to the rfp requirements may be deemed nonresponsive and eliminated. Ogden city reserves the right to disqualify any proposal that includes significant deviations or exceptions to the terms, conditions and/or specifications in this rfp.
