The period of performance for the base year is from 07/01/2026 through 06/30/2027.

The government will award a contract to the technically acceptable responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. Technical capability and management approach are weighted higher than price.

Prime contractor key personnel must show at least three years working with VAMHCS operations and Maryland environmental regulatory interface, with expertise in specific environmental disciplines. The prime contractor must have an office within 75 miles of the Perry Point VA Medical Center.

Work will be done electronically or virtually with site visits as needed or requested by COR or designated VAMHCS personnel.

In the event of the contractor's or a subcontractor's noncompliance with clause ****, this contract may be canceled, terminated, or suspended in whole or in part, and the contractor or subcontractor may be declared ineligible for further government contracts.

The period of performance for the base year is 12 months, with options for additional 12-month periods. An example period of performance is March 1, 2022, to September 7, 2027.

The contractor shall pay all validated training-related invoices within 3 business days after the COR validates the services provided.

The event manager/planner must have three years of event management planning experience and hold a current CMP or CGMP designation. Local and national business licenses and certifications are also required.
