The contract includes an ABKit warranty. Maintenance repair support covers non-warranty LRU repairs, with authorization required for non-warranty actions.

Contractors must provide qualified personnel with specific education and experience levels. All contractors will be required to obtain and uphold a secret clearance, with some positions requiring top secret clearances. Employees will be required to submit a fingerprint card and receive a favorably adjudicated background investigation. USNO security requirements limit employment to U. S. citizens.

An unfavorable background investigation determination will render any employee ineligible for access to the USNO. Failure to provide required documentation for background investigations may result in delaying the individual's start date.
