LACERA imposes a best value standard and will award based on best value to LACERA the proposal offering the optimal combination of qualifications, experience, methodology, team, and fee, as determined by LACERA in its sole discretion.

All respondents must clearly show and document in the proposal the following minimum qualifications: a. the consultant firm has provided services consistent with the services requested in this rfp for the past 10 years.

Respondents violating the quiet period may be disqualified at LACERA's discretion.

TRS will select the vendor who represents best overall value for TRS based on the candidates qualifications, experience, acceptance of TRS contract terms and conditions, proposed pricing, and other relevant factors that are in TRS best interests.

Respondents must provide documentation establishing that the respondent has a minimum of two 2 years experience providing outsourced document ingestion or data acquisition and management services for investment managers, pension funds, or similarly regulated financial institutions.

TRS may elect to conduct presentations, demonstrations, interviews and or site visits as part of the evaluation process.

Failure of a respondent or any of its representatives to observe the restriction against discussing this solicitation with other vendors may result in disqualification of any related proposal.
