Firms should demonstrate experience in electrical and mechanical systems, specifically substations, system voltage, sub-transmission, and distribution of electricity to the power grid, NESC, OSHA, LOTO, and other safety requirements for work within the electric substation and utility space, preparation of gap analysis and recommendations, and preparation of documentation of procedures and processes as it relates to substation equipment.
The consultant will be required to visit all substation locations to prepare the gap analysis.
