Proposers must be qualified entities with experience in providing security guard services. Personnel must be trained, qualified, and able to communicate effectively in English. Criminal history checks are required. mpha is currently seeking proposals from qualified entities for security guard services.
The contractor may be subject to penalties if a guard does not follow post orders. A fee of **** for each lost key and **** for each lost key card or fob will be charged. he contractor shall be subject to an additional substantial penalty if mpha determines that a guard did not follow the post orders.
