All furniture items to include assembly shall be delivered to each location nlt December 31, 2026.

All quotes must include brochures photos of proposed furniture and warranties offered.

The final contract award will be based on a combination of factors combination of price, technical capability to meet the governments needs, including delivery and any warranties offered and past performance.

To be rated technically acceptable, the quote must not take any exceptions to the governments minimum requirements.

Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer system for award management. Electronic submission of payment requests and receiving reports is required via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, represents the best value to the government, price and other factors considered. The evaluation will be conducted using a best value tradeoff methodology evaluating technical capability and price.

To be considered technically acceptable, an offeror must propose equipment that meets all salient characteristics for every line item. Offerors with no relevant past performance will not be evaluated favorably or unfavorably.

Quotes that do not follow the three-attachment PDF structure may be deemed nonresponsive and ineligible for award. Failure to provide adequate technical literature to prove the equipment meets the SOW requirements may result in the quote being deemed technically unacceptable.
