Revisions to the construction documents for the Plaza Theatre Project in Laredo, Texas are detailed in Addendum EFE 003. Changes include additional scope to metal grate and metal pole, sprinkler bubbler plan removal, crepe myrtle tree height revision, rehabilitation including glass cleaning and replacement, door type revisions, additional alley rehabilitation, and more. Existing historic door hardware will remain and be cleaned, repaired, and reinstalled. All lights will be replaced. Metal panels will be cleaned and replaced if necessary. The exterior of the ticket booth is included in the base bid. Access to the roof will be provided through the adjacent east building. The alley exit ladder will remain but requires cleaning and clearing of debris. The 2nd floor door with exit to the alley will be replaced. The two rear doors on the north facade will be replaced. All wall tiles shall be provided by the contractor. No irrigation will be installed for the tree. The crepe myrtle tree will be 10 feet tall minimum. Wooden beam and barbed wires located in the alley below the access ladder shall be removed. Ensure tile uniformity. Remove the metal pole structure along Farragut St. in front of the back pair of doors. The contractor shall clean and dispose of the debris and trash in the alley and the gap between the plaza theatre and building G. The bid closing date is September 24, 2025, before 4:00 PM.

The solicitation requires **** refrigeration equipment. Offerors must submit offers on time, and the descriptive literature must clearly indicate the offered unit meets or exceeds all minimum salient characteristic requirements. The offer must include brand name, part number, model number, country of manufacture, descriptive literature, and pictures. The offeror must state operating voltage, full load amps, and recommended breaker size. Installation documentation must include installation instructions, wiring diagrams, and mounting hardware. The equipment must be suitable for outdoor exposure, with corrosion resistant materials and weather resistant construction. The equipment must be rated for continuous 24/7 operation and withstand frequent door cycling during multiple meal services daily. The equipment must operate on either 120v single phase or 208 240 480v three phase, 60 hz as required by the manufacturer. All charges must be inclusive, including shipping freight if any. The government will use FAPIIS CPARS for past performance evaluations. Technical and past performance are more important than cost or price. The government will award the contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to negotiate with Turtle Shell Industries LLC for the purchase of turtle shell modular overhead protective covers for a data center facility in Bohemia, New York. The sole source determination is based on Turtle Shell's patented protection system. Firms that believe they can meet the government's requirements may submit substantiating documentation within 15 days of publication. Fabrication and delivery shall be no later than ten weeks from the date of award.

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DODEA) requires the replacement and installation of a gymnasium stage curtain at Brewster Middle School in Camp Lejeune, NC. The contractor must provide a custom-sewn curtain with multiple layers (velvet and muslin), fire retardant, and royal blue color. Ballast, curtain pulls (matching color velvet rope), and installation are also required. A three-year extended warranty is required. Delivery must be within 90 days of contract award. The contractor must provide evidence of fire-retardant material, an installation team with proper credentials for on-base access, and proper cleanup of the work site. Constant communication with the administrative officer is required.
