Vendor must provide a box truck for meal transport to juvenile facilities and maintain liability and personal injury insurance.

The county agrees to pay the independent contractor upon actual receipt of proper invoices, including time sheets, compensation upon completion of each deliverable or a lump sum for services performed. The contractor will provide itemized weekly billing invoices for the jail.
Proposer warrants that they are not subject to any unresolved finding for recovery with the office of either the state auditor or the ohio attorney general. The contractor also warrants compliance with ethics and conflict of interest laws.
The award criteria are weighted: Quality of proposal (10 points), References (15 points), Qualifications/Experience (20 points), Functionality (25 points), and Cost (30 points).
Contractor will provide a trained food service manager with correctional or institutional food service experience. The manager and all other employees of the contractor will be subject to review and approval by the contracting agency.
A prebid conference will take place on July 8, 2026, at 10:00 am at the Greene County Sheriff's Office. The prebid conference is mandatory.
If the proposer attempts any unauthorized communication with individuals associated with this RFP beyond the authorized means described above, the county will reject the proposer's proposal. Proposals with false or misleading statements may also be rejected.
