Quotes must be submitted by 1:00 PM EST, Friday, June 26, 2026.

Payment will be made in accordance with the Prompt Payment Act and prompt payment regulations. The government will make payment in accordance with the prompt payment act 31 **** and prompt payment regulations at 5 cfr part ****.

The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered hereunder are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

The award resulting from this request for quote RFQ will be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).

This will be a small business set-aside. Quotes shall be submitted by 1:00 pm est, friday, june 26, 2026. Only quotes from small business concerns will be accepted.

All questions regarding this RFQ shall be sent to the contract specialist via email no later than 1:00 pm est, friday, june 19, 2026.

Failure to submit required quotation package information may deem your quotation nonresponsive and your quotation may not be considered.

All work must be completed within 60 calendar days from the date of the contract award.

All workmanship and materials shall be warranted for a minimum of one year from the date of acceptance.

The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal is determined to be the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) and most advantageous to the government.

Contractor shall ensure that all work is performed by skilled tradespersons who are fully qualified, licensed, and experienced in their respective fields.

A site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 9th at 10:00 am est. To arrange attendance, please email cwo chris corbett at ***@***. *. * no later than 5:00 pm est on June 4th. No other site visits will be permitted.

Failure by the contractor to conduct a site visit prior to submitting a proposal does not relieve the contractor of responsibility for properly estimating the difficulty or cost of successfully performing this work.

Deliveries are expected within 30 calendar days from the date of award.

Payment will be made by Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. Invoices should be marked as final only after all items of each CLIN are delivered and received, unless a partial shipment is authorized.

The contractor shall extend to the government the full coverage of any standard commercial warranty normally offered in a similar commercial sale at no additional cost to the government. The contractor shall provide a copy of its standard commercial warranty if applicable with its offer. The warranty covers a period of months. Offeror is to insert number.

Award will be made on a lowest price technically acceptable basis.

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors must provide documentation from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) confirming they are an authorized reseller or distributor of the brand-name items quoted.

Quotations submitted without OEM authorization documentation may not be considered for award. Quotations that take exception to the terms and conditions of this solicitation may be rejected.

Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote represents the best value to the government, price and other factors considered.

Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsible offeror whose offer conforms to all solicitation requirements. Offerors must be registered in SAM and WAF.

Any quote received from a contractor that is not an eligible small business concern will be deemed nonresponsive and will not be evaluated. Lack of registration in SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
