Award evaluations will be made using the lowest price technically acceptable LPTA criteria per clause WSSTermMZ04 Evaluation for Award Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable.

The supplier shall provide and maintain an inspection quality system acceptable to the government. The inspection system requirements for this contract purchase order shall be in accordance with MIL I **** certified to perform under ISO **** or ISO **** are granted permission to utilize the one desired in lieu of MIL I ****.

Contractors are cautioned that implementing engineering changes, waivers, deviations or technical inquiries into the contract purchase order without approval of the contracting officer will be at the sole risk of the contractor.

The subject item requires government source approval prior to contract award, as the item is flight critical and or the technical data available has not been determined adequate to support acquisition via full and open competition. only the source s previously approved by the government for this item have been solicited.

Offers received which fail to provide all data required by the source approval brochure or document previous submission of all data required by the source approval brochure will not be considered for award under this solicitation.

The bid due date is Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST. The contractor shall begin performance within calendar days and complete it within calendar days after receiving award, notice to proceed. The completion time is 365 calendar days from the notice to proceed.

Payment will be made upon receipt of a properly prepared, itemized invoice, validated by the COR, and submitted through the Tungsten Network.

The contractor shall guarantee that all work performed will be free from all defects in workmanship and materials and that all installation will provide the capacities and characteristics specified. The contract further guarantees that if, during a period of one year from the date of the certificate of completion and acceptance of the work, any such defects will be repaired by the contractor at his own cost.

Offers providing less than 120 calendar days for government acceptance after the date offers are due will not be considered and will be rejected. Failure to furnish the required bid guarantee in the proper form and amount, by the time set for opening of bids, will require rejection of the bid.
