It must be kept separate from the other proposal documents in a separate electronic folder. Proposers who desire that additional information be treated as confidential must mark those pages as confidential, cite a specific statutory basis for the exemption, and the reasons why the public interest would be served by the confidentiality. The procurement file will be available for public inspection at the district office for seven days after the date of any notice of intent to award a contract. The district may, at its sole discretion, accommodate times outside of the aforementioned hours for public inspection of the procurement file. Failure to meet minimum requirements for any individual item may disqualify the proposal regardless of the total points scored for the other items. The district may award by item, groups of items or the entire proposal. The district may award multiple contracts if beneficial to the district for adequate availability, delivery, service, competition, pricing, product capabilities, or other factors deemed significant by the district.
