The city may, at any time, upon twenty days written notice to the contractor, terminate this purchase order in whole or in part for the citys convenience and without cause. Prior to any award on this bid the vendors must have a current affirmative action assurance form on file and approved by the city of dayton human relations council. The city of dayton is prohibited from purchasing, leasing, renting or taking onconsignment goods for use or for resale by the city which were produced under sweatshop conditions.
