The historical spending for the same or similar services was $79,**** for the period September 1, 2025, through August 31, 2026.

The contractor shall, within 24 hours of notification from the COR, retreat any previously treated area where the initial service was inadequate, at no additional cost to the government. For termite soil treatment, a commercial warranty covering both retreatment and damage repair up to $25,000 for one year post-treatment is required.

All pest control operators (PCOs) must be registered with the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and certified by the State of North Carolina as a commercial applicator in category 7: Industrial, Institutional, Structural, and Health-Related Pest Control. Technicians must possess valid commercial pesticide and herbicide applicator licenses issued by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (NCDACS).

The contractor shall pay any fines, penalties or charges associated with citations issued by federal, state, or local officials for noncompliance with environmental standards. In the event a regulatory agency assesses a monetary fine against the government for violations caused by the contractor's actions, omissions, intentional conduct, or negligence, the KO will deduct the fine from any funds due to the contractor.

Failure to comply with posted safety and access procedures may result in immediate removal from the worksite. The government reserves the right to direct the contractor to remove an employee from the worksite for failure to comply with conduct standards, or if the KO considers them a potential threat to the health, safety, security, general order, or operational mission of the installation.

Bids must be received by 4:30 p. m. on Thursday, June 18, 2026. Bids received after this time will be rejected and returned unopened.
