The contractor shall furnish the TPOC with one invoice after all work has been completed. For jobs greater than thirty 30 days, the contractor may request multiple payments.
The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The evaluation factors will be technical, price, and past performance.
The contractor shall be able to demonstrate at least 3 years experience with chemical herbicide treatments. All work shall be performed by qualified personnel, and the contractor shall have the appropriate current license issued by the state of New Hampshire for the work required.
The contractor is responsible for informing subcontractors of the penalties for noncompliance. Any personnel activity, which, in the opinion of the government, is deemed detrimental to the performance of the contract may result in the removal of contractor employees.
