Delgado Community College is seeking bids for pest control services for six locations. Bids are due July 23, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-bid jobsite visit is scheduled for July ****, 2026. Payment will be made within 30 days from receipt of products in satisfactory condition, or within 30 days from receipt of invoice, whichever is later, assuming no prompt payment discount provision. Invoices must be submitted within 10 business days of work completion.
Award shall be made on an all-or-none basis. The bid will be awarded on the basis of the lowest total cost as determined by the college.
Vendors must have at least six years of experience in pest control services and be duly licensed by the state of Louisiana. Documentation verifying experience and a copy of the license must be submitted with the bid.
Failure to meet contract requirements may result in a verbal notice, followed by a written notice, and potentially a 15-day written notice of cancellation. Nonperformance can lead to contract termination.
A non-mandatory pre-bid jobsite visit is scheduled for July 13, 2026 (City Park Campus) and July 14, 2026 (Westbank Campus). While not required, it is strongly recommended that bidders attend.
Questions must be submitted in writing no later than Monday, July 16, 2026, by 12:00 PM CST. A final 48-hour period after addendum issuance is granted for questions directly related to addendum answers.
Failure to submit a completed license copy with the bid, errors or omissions in the bid, failure to acknowledge addenda, or submitting faxed or emailed bids may result in disqualification.
