Dane County Elections Center Clerks Office Facility Remodel Construction Renovation of approximately 61, 500 sf of the former Ale Asylum facility. Work includes demolition of existing interior facility, construction of offices, storage areas, classroom, training space, to include plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire suppression/detection, communications and access control. HVAC is based off of geothermal and will include installation of a wellfield. Existing solar voltaic system to remain in place with controls being relocated to new mechanical spaces.
