Offer to sell frozen and canned fruit for the National School Lunch Program and other federal food programs. Offerors must bid only quantities they can reasonably produce and deliver by the required dates. There is a probationary period for new and existing contractors bidding on new products, with awards limited to 10 truckloads per product. Offerors who intend to use more than one processing plant and shipping point may submit a list of their approved processing plants and shipping points. Offers must be submitted electronically via the web-based supply chain management system (WBSCM). The crop year for this solicitation is 2024 and onwards. Canned products will be accepted for up to 18 months from the date of inspection.
