This is an Invitation for Quotation (IFQ) from the City of Austin for a one-time purchase of three (3) AnyGlide **** Polaris Ranger UTV full bed storage units. The units must have an electronic lock with key override, LED lighting, and a drawer. They should be made of aluminum, dust and rust proof, weatherproof, and compatible with specific Polaris Ranger models. Delivery is required within 60 calendar days after the order is placed, on a FOB destination basis. Quotes must be submitted via email to ***@***. *. * City is exempt from federal excise and state sales tax, so tax should not be included in the quoted price. The bid due date is May 14, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
The delivery is to be made within sixty (60) calendar days after the order is placed in writing.
Payments shall be paid to the contractor within thirty (30) days contingent upon the receipt of properly documented invoices and the satisfactory delivery of goods or performance of services.
All goods and services covered by this contract shall conform to the specifications, drawings, samples or other descriptions furnished by the city and shall be merchantable, fit for the purpose intended, of best quality and workmanship and free from all defects.
Award will be made to the lowest offer meeting any minimum requirements set forth in the solicitation.
The lowest offer will be reviewed to ensure any minimum qualifications stated in this solicitation are met. The city reserves the right to require references from the lowest offeror prior to contract award to confirm minimum qualifications.
If delivery of conforming goods or performance of conforming services is not completed by the times promised, the city reserves the right to cancel this contract, to reject such goods or services in whole or in part on reasonable notice to contractor and/or to purchase substitute goods or services elsewhere and charge contractor with any loss incurred by the city.
Offerors shall notify the person listed on the cover sheet in writing of any omissions, ambiguities, inconsistencies or errors in the solicitation prior to the offer due date and time.
