An expired registration on SAM. gov prevents proposal submission and will result in the proposal not being considered. an expired registration on sam. gov doesnt stop you from participating in the site visit, however, it prevents you from submitting a formal proposal for this requirement and therefore your proposal will not be considered.

Final selection will be based on responses to this RFQ, reference checks, and interviews with an evaluation committee. Scoring is based on development team qualifications (40 points), development proposal (30 points), and financial capacity (30 points).

Respondents must submit a statement of qualifications, applicant qualifications, relevant project experience, preliminary development schedule, references, financial capacity, and leaseup/property management plans. They must also certify statements regarding prior bankruptcy, judgments, lawsuits, staff availability, financial guarantees, adherence to city policies, and not being debarred.

Failure to submit any of the required information may be grounds for rejection of any submission. Proposals may not be withdrawn for a period of 30 days.
