Failure to comply with contract terms, including DEI certification and workforce integrity requirements, may be grounds for contract termination for default.
Protests must be filed within the timeframes specified in FAR **** encourages resolution with the contracting officer before filing an agency protest.
Submission of a knowing false statement regarding compliance or eligibility may subject the offeror to liability under the False Claims Act and criminal liability. Failure to comply with DEI certification or workforce integrity requirements may lead to contract termination.
