This is a Request for Information (RFI) only, not a solicitation, request for quote, request for proposal, or invitation for bid. The 50th Contracting Squadron at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado is conducting market research to identify authorized sources for Checkpoint intrusion prevention system hardware, software, and associated services. Interested vendors must be able to provide genuine Checkpoint products and installation services, and include documentation verifying their status as authorized resellers or distributors. A detailed list of required items and salient characteristics is attached. No payment will be provided for responses.

All bids will be quoted f. o. b. university or oxford, Mississippi. Bidder will state terms of sale. University terms are 2/10 days, net 45 days. Detailed specifications are included in the bid packet. University of Mississippi employees may not purchase directly or indirectly any items offered for sale by the University of Mississippi. Bidders should visit the site if necessary. Bids will be opened publicly. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best responsible bidder. The University reserves the right to reject any and all bids. If any person contemplating submitting a bid is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the specifications, he may submit a written request for an interpretation to the director of procurement services. All bids must be submitted in duplicate unless otherwise specified. A bound brochure should be submitted with the bid. The brochure must show pictures or cuts and complete manufacturer's specifications on each item. The cuts and specifications must be arranged in the identical order that the items appear on the bid form and must be identified by the item number shown in the bid form. Failure to comply with this procedure may be grounds to disqualify any bid. If any product listed on this bid is available from recovered recycled materials, vendors are requested to submit bids on recycled materials in addition to the brands mentioned or their equivalent. Payment will be made within 30 days from the receipt of products in satisfactory condition, and receipt of the invoice. The University of Mississippi is prohibited by law from making advance payments to any vendor other than state and federal agencies unless it is a subscription or membership.

The Navajo Division of Aging and Long-Term Care Support (DALTCS) is seeking proposals for a turnkey Verkada security camera system with cloud-based services. The deadline for proposal submission is July 18, 2025, at 5:00 PM MDT. Proposals must include detailed information on the vendor's experience, client references, staff qualifications, service location, communication mechanisms, status reporting, payment methods, certifications (Diamond Verkada partner, Gold Cisco partner, Meraki certifications, Premier APC partner), IT staff location (Arizona or New Mexico), costs (including base fee, additional charges), a completed W9 form, and Navajo Nation certification regarding debarment and suspension.
