The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for the alternate selected by the Town of Southeast, based on quality, specifications, maintenance, warranties, and cost. The contract is anticipated to be completed by June 2026.

Minimum warranties include 10 years for parts, 1 year for labor, 20 years for heat exchangers, 10 years for AC compressors, 5 years for thermostats, and 1 year for safety floats.

The government anticipates issuing an order to the responsible quoter whose quotation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.

Quotations will only be accepted from Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).

Quotations received from concerns that are not SDVOSB will be considered non-responsive and will be rejected.
