This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the repair of a dock plate and leveler located on the east side of building ****, Hurlburt Field, FL. The contractor will be responsible for providing all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary for the repair. This includes inspecting, quoting, and repairing a specific thinman leveler and hydraulic docking plate, ensuring functionality, and installing new weather strips. The contractor must have a documented history of performing maintenance on similar equipment and will need to present a license before contract award. Installation and hydraulic services to connect units to existing electrical systems are required. The government will not provide any property or services. Services are to be performed during normal operating hours (Mon-Fri ****, excluding federal holidays), with the possibility of extended hours with prior approval. Vendor is welcome to coordinate a visit with the receiving location in advance to determine best and most efficient delivery options.

May be 1st ( pre- bloom) or 2nd ( after bloom) cutting and baled in rectangular bales, weighing approximately 55- 60 pounds per bale.
