The City of Tulsa Finance Department is requesting bids for three ISCO refrigerated automatic samplers for the Water Sewer Department. Bid submission deadline is October 15, 2025, 5:00 PM CST. Bids must be sealed and delivered to the City Clerk's Office. The bid opening is scheduled for October 16, 2025, at 8:30 AM in the City of Tulsa Council Meeting Room. The contract is intended to be a one-year annual contract, with the possibility of additional one-year terms. Bidders must comply with the City's standard purchase agreement and Oklahoma law regarding authorized agents. Delivery must be F. O. B. Tulsa, Oklahoma. No items over 500 lbs. may be directly shipped to the city. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bidders must register with the city online. Questions must be submitted via email to the assigned buyer at least 10 days prior to the bid submission date. The city may addend or amend the IFB at any time before the bid submission date. The winning bid will be awarded to the lowest secure bidder, considering price, specifications, bidder history, experience, delivery time, maintenance requirements, and performance data.

The solicitation is for the installation of equipment, pumps, and compressors. A site visit is required on September 16th, 2025. All questions and quotations must be submitted via email. The high-pressure air flask assembly will be delivered completely assembled. The contractor will be responsible for fastening the assembly to the floor. Delivery is expected between November 2025 and February 2026.

The US Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, is seeking a contractor to deliver mixed concrete to the Minnesota side of the spillway at Lock and Dam 8 in Genoa, WI. Deliveries will occur between November 1, 2025, and March 1, 2027. The contract will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) firm, fixed-price contract. Offerors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) and have completed the required representations and certifications. The government will provide 48 hours' notice of material quantities and delivery dates. Delivery will take place between 08:00 and 16:00, Monday through Friday. The contract includes an economic price adjustment clause based on a cement price index. All invoices should be sent to the USACE Mississippi River Project Office.

Concrete Work to be performed on this Project is considered critical to the structural integrity of the structure and requires a Contractor highly skilled in expansion joint replacement and post- tension tendon repair in post- tension concrete slab system. See Section 14 Other Special Conditions of Contract for Contractor Qualification requirements. Shoring of the existing concrete slab may be required on this Project if post tension tendons are to be trenched across any portion of the concrete slab. The garages will be occupied during the repair projects and shall remain in service during the project. The Project requires the installation of a temporary entrance to the Parking Garage along West Liberty Street at Level 1, see structural plans. After repairs are made to the expansion joints, the contractor shall remove the temporary entrance and restore it to its previous condition. The transportation, unloading, storing, erection or installation, testing, and making operable of all parts of the Project shall be included under the Agreement at times appropriate thereto.
